OneImpact is a product of Stop TB Partnership and Dure Technologies. In Ukraine, the system is implemented by the TBPeopleUkraine Charitable Organization, and the Ukrainian localization of the app is called OneImpact Ukraine. OneImpact Ukraine provides all the vital information for people affected by tuberculosis and related diseases, their families and friends. Here you can get the necessary knowledge and share your experience to make TB treatment in Ukraine even more effective.

OneImpact Ukraine's digital system contains important information about TB and helps people who have or have had TB to report barriers to treatment. In the app you can:
• Learn about your rights
• Get information about tuberculosis
• Find facilities to receive services in the nearest geolocation
• Join the TB People Ukraine community
• Get help in overcoming low-quality services
• Make a personal contribution to quality TB services

What if I don't have a smartphone?

Don't worry! If you are personally unable to register in the OneImpactUkraine digital system, a trusted person can submit a request on your behalf — with your consent. During the registration of the request, the trusted person should enter your contact number in the comment field. All requests go through mandatory verification. An alternative way to submit a request: call +38-067-100-93-07 and the TBpeopleUkraine team will help you with the process.

Protection of personal data

All data collected in the digital system of OneImpact Ukraine is securely protected: access to it is provided only through login authentication. Public reports and analytical dashboards contain only generalized anonymous information without any personal data.

The NGO "TBpeopleUkraine" reserves the right to refuse to consider a request in the following cases:
🚫 Refusal to provide or provision of false information required for request verification.
🚫 Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward members of the TBpeopleUkraine team.
🚫 Situations that may pose a threat to the life or health of the team or the client.
In certain cases, the request may be processed with the involvement of a doctor, nurse, social worker, relative, or guardian.
